Senator Mike DeWine
140 Russell Senate Building
Washington, DC 20510

Dear Senator DeWine,

We are utterly opposed to Vice President Gore's continuing attempts to overturn the presidential election results.  We watched in disbelief as counters held ballots up to the light, allegedly determining "voter intent".  Then we were disgusted at efforts to exclude overseas ballots from our military.  Now we are angry.

Nothing is perfect.  But this election has been rechecked several times now, with rule changes benefiting Mr. Gore.  Even so, he has lost, yet he continues to fight on.  We do not wish to stand by and watch him continue bending the rules until he finally wins.

But we feel helpless, as this man continues to manipulate our legal system.  As our state senator, we respectfully ask you to take whatever action possible against this violation of our election process.

Sincerely,

Paul Bergstrom

Vice President Al Gore
The White House
1600 Pennsylvania Avenue
Washington, DC 20500

Dear Vice President Gore,

We are opposed to your continuing attempts to challenge the presidential election results.  We watched in disbelief as counters held ballots up to the light, allegedly determining "voter intent".  Then we were disgusted at efforts to exclude overseas ballots from our military.  Now we are angry.

Nothing is perfect.  But this election has been rechecked several times now.  Even with rule changes benefiting your side, the counts have continued in Mr. Bush's favor.

We ask you to concede this election.

Sincerely,

Paul Bergstrom
